As the Office of the Vice President (OVP) prepares to celebrate its historic 90th Anniversary, Vice President Sara Z. Duterte led a special Pre-Anniversary Raffle at the OVP Mandaluyong office—an intimate and heartfelt gesture of appreciation for the hardworking men and women behind the institution.
